Description

Line of a poem from Taneda Santoka, was born in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture in 1882.

The house where I was born has no trace left

I walk in the rain in my bare feet in my hometown

The mountains are my hometown, hazy and overlapping

A lone fire burns brightly

the grass is shaking with both happiness and sadness
